Design
We ask for up to 3 days for designs to make sure we can deliver the best design.
Time may vary depending on the project difficulty or size for example menu design can take up to 2 weeks.

Printing
Any order approved before 11:30AM will start printing the same day, any orders approved after 11:30AM will be printed starting the next business day.


Turnaround Time
Teardrop Flag: Printing Turnaround time is 3-4 business days after design is approved. (*Note: this time only starts after you approve the designs for printing)

Shipping
Shipping times will vary from item to item. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
