Design
We ask for up to 3 days for designs to make sure we can deliver the best design.
Time may vary depending on the project difficulty or size for example menu design can take up to 2 weeks.
Printing
Any order approved before 11:30AM will start printing the same day, any orders approved after 11:30AM will be printed starting the next business day.
Turnaround Time
Postcards: Printing Turnaround time is 7-9 business days after design is approved. (*Note: this time only starts after you approve the designs for printing)
Shipping
Shipping times will vary from item to item. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
REVIEWS
Refund Policy
A full refund can be issued before 6 hours of when the order was made. After 6 hours a 20% fee will be applied for the design time. If a design was approved for printing, no refund can be given as the order is already sent for printing. If you find a mistake on your design after it's been approved for printing, all we can offer is a reprint at a 10% discount.
